Health, Wellness, and Safety

The Montcalm Area ISD, in an effort to curb harmful behavior and promote the health and wellness of our staff, students, and community, collaborates with local school districts, Kent ISD, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, law enforcement, and community partners.

We participate with the OK2SAY student safety program which allows students to confidentially report tips on potential harm or criminal activities directed at students, school employees, and schools. It uses a comprehensive communication system to facilitate tip sharing among students, parents, school personnel, community mental health service programs, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, and law enforcement officials about harmful behaviors that threaten to disrupt the learning environment.

If you or someone you know has experienced bullying or other violence please contact us so we can help.
