The MAISD Business Office provides support and services to all ISD departments and Montcalm County School Districts. These supports and services include but are not limited to the following:

• Shared Business services
• Countywide Business Manager meetings
• Payroll/benefits and general ledger support
• Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• Budgeting
• State reporting
• Grant management
• Medicaid administration and payment
• Countywide Act 18 calculation and payment
• State and Federal reporting
• Transparency reporting
• Maintenance of Effort calculations
