Antivirus Software for Montcalm County
The Montcalm Area ISD is pleased to announce the renewal of our antivirus software licensing. The new license includes additional licensing for “home use” including MAISD staff, LEA staff, MAISD students, and LEA students on a county-wide basis.
The new licensing reduces the overall cost to MAISD by 70% while increasing coverage to include Montcalm County residents with students attending MAISD schools.
Please share the news with your Montcalm County staff, parents, and students so they may consider the value of protecting their home computers at no cost.
The software is available only for Windows platforms and not available for Apple Macintosh platforms. Technical support is not provided by MAISD for home use. Technical support and software downloads are available on the software vendor’s web site.
1. Download the software from the software vendor's web site linked below.
2. Remove or uninstall all other antivirus programs before installing the new Vexira Antivirus.
3. A registration key code is required to activate automatic updates within the program. Use the "key code request" link below to request a key code and instructions.
The new licensing begins October 17, 2005 and continues through June 30, 2011.
